The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. This person will be responsible for validating with internal users the usability of what is delivered by the development team and planning the necessary improvements and adjustments to the product.

The incumbent must be determined to fully understand the perspective of internal users and prioritize their needs based on the value they bring.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate in the validation of the acceptance criteria of user stories before the closure of a sprint with the senior product manager and developers
  • Document the material delivered by the development team with their collaboration in order to allow users to refer to them throughout their use of the product
  • Following the releases into production, plan and lead meetings with internal users in order to make them experience the product
  • Collect user feedback in order to iteratively improve and evolve the product
  • Write user stories from user feedback
  • Prioritize, in collaboration with the senior product manager, the needs according to the business objectives
  • Participate in the development team ceremonies

Essential Skills / Competencies

  • University/College education
  • Bilingualism written & spoken is mandatory to this role (English and French)
  • Proven writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Atlassian suite
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent self-management skills to work on multidisciplinary tasks
  • Ability to recognize improvement opportunities

Not essential but nice to have

  • Agile project management knowledge and-or experience
  • Experience in the media environment and understanding of or experience in digital content production
  • Project-delivery management experience

Bilingualism is a mandatory requirement (English and French) for this role.
