Seasonal employment - Warehouse and Parts

SMS Equipment is growing ! We are looking for a Seasonal employment - Warehouse and Parts to join our team! In this role, you'll find solutions, make safety a priority, and work with the largest and most advanced jobsite equipment.This role is located in Baie-Comeau.

The shift for this role is 5x2.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Assist with warehouse moves;
• Place merchandise on shelves according to warehouse plan;
• Keep warehouse clean and safe
• Take parts orders in person, by phone, fax and e-mail.
• Prepare parts quotations and follow up with parts and service representatives.
• Verify pricing and parts availability with suppliers.
• Confirm the generation of customer invoices in the computer system.
• Issue credits for returned parts when applicable.
• Enter orders and other relevant information into computer system.
• Process requests and place orders with local suppliers and follow up.
• File various documents such as customer quotations, purchase orders and others.

Qualifications :

• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS-Office suite, comfortable working with a computer.
