Centennial Carstar in Charlottetown is looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as Summer Car Rental Assistant!

NOW HIRING: Summer Car Rental Assistant

LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

HOURS: Full time seasonal, 40 hours per week (approx June - September).

WAGES: $15.40 - $17.50 per hour + benefits. Negotiable based on experience.

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extremely strong customer service and phone skills required
• Exceptional written, verbal and computer skills
• Must be reliable and show initiative
• Professional personal presentation
• Applicant must be organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quotes to customers and book car rental reservations
• Help maintain the organization of the rental fleet
• Assisting customers throughout the entire rental process
• Work with other locations to prevent scheduling conflicts
• Answer and directing telephone calls appropriately
• Take and relay messages if necessary
• Greet everyone in a professional, helpful and timely manner
• Scheduling customer appointments/ updating clients
• Filing invoices
