This is a seasonal full time position.

Start dates range from April 1 to June 1, 2021.

End Dates range from August 31 to October 31, 2021.


The Housekeeping team members are the heart of the operation as they work to elevate the guests lodging experience. The Room Attendant ensures that guest suites and public areas are clean and properly presented for guests. While positioned operationally behind the scenes, this role often has guest interactions and opportunities to promote a positive image of the property to guests by being friendly, professional and able to address problems or special requests.


Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of best practises from working within a luxury property is desired.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Dedication to the guest experience and resort cleanliness.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical ability to go up and down stairs, standing and bending for extended periods of time.


Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with the True Key Hotels & Resorts standards.
  • Report, track and communicate any physical and material damage to vacation homes to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager.
  • Anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
  • Adhere to health & safety standards.
  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees.
  • Adhere to True Key Hotels & Resorts COVID-19 protocols.
