Hotel Laundry Attendant (Part-time) Summer

We are looking to fill the position of Hotel Laundry Attendant at Fernie Alpine Resort. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be physically capable, and have excellent customer service skills. You Will:

• Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
• Standard laundry service for two resort hotels - sort, wash, dry, fold, load, and unload towels and bedding
• Housekeeping support upon request
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
• Meeting guest requests in a timely and friendly manner to ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
• Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
• Adhere to RCR Policy, Employee Handbook, and Safety Management Program
• Other assigned duties as requested by management

You Have:

• Past experience is an asset but not required, we will train!
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Reliable and responsible with a customer service orientation
• Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and strenuous labor
