Job Description:

Responsible for all purchase transactions within the food and beverage outlets while maintaining a positive guest experience. The Food and Beverage Attendant shall perform all required duties in a friendly and professional manner that include but are not limited to removing used dishes, assisting with cleaning duties, and barista duties as required. Additional duties will also include cleaning duties such as, sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, sanitizing and cleaning of washrooms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
  • Maintain and stock product to established par levels
  • Ensure cleanliness & maintenance of all lodge areas at all times including restrooms
  • Prepare quality hot and cold beverage orders quickly and accurately
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms including toilets, sinks mirrors and floor
  • Knowledge and adherence of AGLC legislation
  • Continued commitment to high standards of service, exceeding customer expectations

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Energetic and self-motivated, must be able to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Manual dexterity required
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and move food, equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds
  • Punctuality and reliability is essential
  • Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Prior cash-handling experience an asset
  • Current Pro-Serve certification – must be received within 30-days of hire
  • Previous barista experience considered an asset
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • Strong written and verbal English with a second language considered an asset
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • A Police Background Check from your home country or province will be required upon commencement of employment

Work Schedule:

5 Days On / 2 Days Off – Business level dependent

Dress Code:

Employee to provide their own: Black dress pants, Black polish-able non slip shoes, Black socks as per Appearance Policy.

Correct uniform shirt to be purchased from LLSR.
