Elev8 (DESK Program) is looking for a 0.5 FTE (term) PHE 10 and Humanities teacher to join their summer teaching staff.
Experience teaching using the D2L/Brightspace platform is required.

A knowledge of senior high humanities courses is required.

Courses include, but not limited to

· English Studies 12 · Explorations in Social Studies 11 · Food Studies 12 · Physical and Health Education 10 · Philosophy 12 · Social Studies 10

Courses may be added or removed based on course enrolment numbers.

Salary Range; $68,589 - $114,833 per year, in accordance with the current SD8–Kootenay Lake / KLTF Collective Agreement. Placement on the salary grid is based on qualifications and years of teaching experience as evaluated by the BC Teacher Qualification Service (TQS).
