Duties:

The successful applicant will conduct physics research in collaboration with Dr. Todd Fugleberg and Dr. Adam Rogers This will involve solving differential equations using both pen and paper calculations and using Mathematica© & MatLab. In addition, the student will be interpreting the results in terms of physical predictions. The student will also be expected to contribute to the writing of a scientific paper about these results.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in Physics courses to at least the 4th year level at Brandon University, including 74:451 Intro. to General Relativity
  • Demonstrated success in Mathematics courses to at least the 4th year level.
  • Ability to meet deadlines (reliable and punctual)
  • Good communication skills
