What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our People & Culture team by helping digitize and organize employee records within our Dayforce HRIS system. Your work will directly contribute to improving how we manage information and support our growing team.

• Digitize and accurately input employee records into Dayforce HRIS
• Organize and maintain confidential employee documentation
• Support data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
• Collaborate with the HR team on administrative tasks and process improvements
• Assist with records management initiatives that support company growth

What We’re Looking For

• A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
• A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute
