About the Role Are you a recent high school graduate looking to kick off your career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door at one of BC's most established horticultural operations. We are launching a dedicated Summer Student cohort for 2026 — a group of motivated, curious, and hardworking individuals who will onboard together, learn together, and grow together. This structured program is designed to give you a real introduction to greenhouse production and horticulture, with the support and mentorship you need to succeed from day one.
