About This Opportunity

We are looking for reliable, friendly Volunteers to work in the following areas:

Reception and Greeting - greeting guests, taking tickets, and showing them to their tables Gate and Parking - greeting cars arriving at the event and directing them to the valet Silent Auction - providing assistance to guests at the silent auction Merchandise Sales - selling Polo for Heart merchandise On-site Fundraising - various activities such as collecting donations, and selling "split the pot" tickets

Volunteer Shifts Are On The Following Days And Times

Thursday, July 9, 2026 - 5pm - 11pm Saturday, July 11, 2026 - 11am - 5pm Sunday, July 12, 2025 - tbd
