Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for over 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Landscaping Labourer. This position will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and general maintenance of outdoor spaces. This is a full-time seasonal position with competitive wages. The primary duties for this position will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the installation of landscaping materials, such as sod, trees, and shrubs Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as mowing, watering, and weeding Pruning and trimming trees and shrubs to maintain their appearance and health Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools Ensuring that outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained Requirements Prior experience in landscaping or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks Knowledge of common landscaping techniques and practices Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience operating landscaping equipment is preferred, but not required Benefits: Competitive Wages/Salaries Health & Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Life Insurance RRSP Matching Opportunities for advancement Pay Scale $18 - $23 per hour Successful candidates will thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high-pressure environment.
