What we are looking for:

Under the supervision of the Manager, Client Service and Support, the incumbent will assist with client servicing and global transformation-related projects as well as general office and clerical tasks within the Private Wealth team.

Your responsibilities:

As part of your duties, you will be assigned the following responsibilities, supporting the transformation-related projects:

  • Assist with project work related to streamline processes to create consistency by creating one global operating model;
  • Record and update client contacts and other related information in the appropriate CRM system;
  • Complete research and prepare summary reports as requested;
  • Filing and other administrative tasks.

You will also support the client servicing team by completing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • In the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant discipline;
  • Ability to manage multiple files and to work independently, thoroughness, attention to detail, drive and team spirit;
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically advanced skills with MS Excel (pivot tables and other advanced formulas) and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) required.
