Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Clean and stock all guest rooms.
  • Launder kitchen cloths and table linens.
  • Keep laundry room clean and organized.
  • Inform manager when new supplies are needed.
  • Help wash dishes when needed.
  • Serve guests at mealtimes.
  • Assist the breakfast cook and chef when needed.
  • Keep all areas of the lodge clean, tidy and free of hazards.
  • Perform emergency duties as required within the scope of your training.
  • Participate in crew safety meetings.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
