True Key Hotels & Resorts proudly manages Nootka Marine Adventures at the Moutcha Bay Resort, located at the mouth of the Conuma River just 40 minutes west of Gold River, in the beautiful sheltered waters of Nootka Sound, BC. It is easily accessible by car, float plane or boat. Moutcha Bay Resort provides a unique collection of wilderness accommodation, adventure products and services not otherwise found in our region, such as guided fishing, boat & equipment rentals, and an onsite full-service restaurant. Position Requirements:

  • Service driven individuals.
  • Proven front desk experience.
  • Valid BC Driver's license.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite mainly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the sport-fishing industry preferred.
  • Willing to live and work remotely.

Position Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the front desk.
  • Take reservations, package bookings, guest arrivals and departures in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a stellar experience for guests when interacting with the front desk.
  • Communicate effectively with the team including; maintenance, housekeeping, restaurant, and marine operations.
  • Assist guests with retail purchases and restock retail merchandise as needed.
  • Enter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statements.
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process.
  • Create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to health & safety standards.
  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees.
