True Key Hotels & Resorts proudly manages Nootka Marine Adventures at the Moutcha Bay Resort, located at the mouth of the Conuma River just 40 minutes west of Gold River, in the beautiful sheltered waters of Nootka Sound, BC. It is easily accessible by car, float plane or boat. Moutcha Bay Resort provides a unique collection of wilderness accommodation, adventure products and services not otherwise found in our region, such as guided fishing, boat & equipment rentals, and an onsite full-service restaurant. Visitors find the drive with the beautiful lake and forest scenery an added bonus.

This is a seasonal position s available at Moutcha Bay Resort.

  • Must be willing to live and work remotely.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
  • Wash and put away dishes in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
  • Prepare foods for cooking or serving.
  • Anticipate supply needs and equipment maintenance and to the head chef.
  • Set up banquet tables.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
