They also interact with members to provide information and assist with various aquatics events. Candidates must be working towards a high school diploma or GED and hold valid StarGuard Elite, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications. Applicants must also demonstrate strong swimming proficiency and the ability to perform physical tasks like retrieving heavy objects from the pool floor.
