This position is a full-time position for an experienced Landscaping Labourer. Job Summary - As a Landscaping Labourer, you will join our landscape construction team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience in hardscape and landscape installations, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Work with a team to redevelop outdoor spaces Build retaining walls, garden beds, and outdoor living spaces Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation Install sod, plants, trees, and mulch Operate landscape construction equipment and power tools Read and follow landscape plans and specifications Maintain a safe and organized worksite Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of landscape construction experience Experience with interlock, natural stone, and retaining wall installation Experience with site grading, raking soil and placing sod Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical outdoor work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail At Len Corcoran Excavating Ltd., we value diversity in the workplace because it allows us to better understand and meet the needs of our customers and the communities we serve.
