Crop evaluation techniques including plant vigor and stand counts. Safe operation of ATVs, sprayers, and farm equipment. Stakeholder engagement and professional communication. Time management and independent work in a regional setting. What You’ll Do: Organize and manage large-scale trials (e.g., InVigor Demonstration Strip Trials). Conduct evaluations on seed treatments, herbicides, and fungicides. Support customer tours and presentations. Operate ATVs and pull-behind sprayers. Transport equipment between trial sites. Complete and present a demand creation or research project. What We’re Looking For: Currently enrolled in an agriculture science or related degree program. Enthusiastic about agronomy and eager to learn. Strong communicator with a commitment to safety. Able to travel within your assigned region and work independently. Valid driver’s licence required. Experience with farm equipment and sprayers is an asset. To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies following the internship.
