The student will gain practical experience in accounting, assurance, and taxation by participating in client projects from planning to completion. They will also contribute to real client work, including bookkeeping, audits, and corporate tax filings, while working both independently and collaboratively.

What you will experience Gain practical experience across accounting, assurance and taxation, including bookkeeping, compilations, reviews, audits, T5s, GST, and corporate tax. Participate in client projects from planning and preparation through completion. Develop your ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Build confidence in a professional, fast-paced environment. Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues. Travel to client offices when required. What you bring Be enrolled in year two or three of a business degree with an accounting major. Bring curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service or bookkeeping experience is welcome, but not required. Experience with CaseWare, Profile, Sage, QuickBooks or QBO is an asset. Why build your career at Pivotal?
