Position: Document Management Assistant (Summer Intern) Location: Mississauga, ON Duration: Four (4) weeks Compensation: $18 per hour Vacancy type: This posting is for an existing vacancy. The impact you will have As a Document Management Assistant (Summer Intern), you will play a key role in the Finance Department, with a document digitization and records management project. As the Document Management Assistant (Summer Intern), you will be responsible for: Maintain an organized work area and manage physical files throughout the digitization process. Scanning paper documents using office scanning equipment and software. Verify scanned documents for completeness and accuracy. Create and maintain records of completed scanning and filing activities. Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies The skills you will need Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with large volumes of documents. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Commitment to maintaining accurate records and data quality.
