The Assistant Superintendent oversees daily turf maintenance operations, manages staff scheduling, and ensures the health and sustainability of the golf course. They also coordinate on-course projects, maintain irrigation systems, and report directly to the Superintendent regarding course conditions and inventory.

This role involves leading and supervising a large team responsible for overseeing all agronomic programs, environmental initiatives, and various golf course enhancement projects under the guidance of the Golf Course Superintendent. Key duties include allocating resources, maintaining accurate records for nutrient management and irrigation, assisting with turfgrass pathology diagnosis, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
